I walked into Jeni-Fit feeling very negative about myself. There is no time for that at Jeni-Fit. All the trainers and members have been so supportive helping me get in shape, eat right and make healthy life style changes. Jen wants accountability. When you miss a class she wants to know why. I like that and I need that kind of discipline. My goal is to work out at least four times a week. I really enjoy all the classes especially Spin and Boxing. I look forward to going to the studio and I think that’s important.
Denise and Jen have given me great strategies on how to overcome my over eating. Crowding out my plate with healthy vegetables and protein has been a key factor in my weight loss. In addition, it might be considered rude but I have learned to excuse myself from the dinner table when I’m done eating so I don’t go back for extras. I’m controlling my portion sizes and I’m not hungry. I’m feeling better and want to continue changing my lifestyle.
