I was thinking today, what makes Jeni-Fit so special? Is it the intimate setting? The personal touch? The inspiration? The instructors? And I realized I can’t name just one thing: it’s all those things wrapped into one! Jenifer and the JF Team have created a studio where clients come to get fit and feel better about themselves inside and out. They really care about their clients. When you step through those doors you are instantly part of a very special family, where everyone looks out for each other, inspires and supports each other. No where will you feel such instant acceptance like you do at Jeni-Fit.
We have some new clients just starting out on their journey and I’d like to take this time to welcome you to the family! We were all once in your shoes, feeling a little uncomfortable, not sure what to expect. Slowly that will start to change and you will begin to feel the tremendous support here. You will start to do things you never dreamed possible and then you will know you have found your second home. Trust that you are in good hands.

So true Melissa, “where everyone looks out after each other & inspires, & supports each other.” In my opinion, that’s what makes Jenifit work so well. A good support system is so important when you are going through the journey of weight loss & fitness. I’m going on my second year at Jenifit & have not felt this good in a long time. My confidence, energy, & good health have all come back. Thank you Jenifit and its motivational instructors for a fabulous new journey in my life. I look forward to the next journey at Jenifit:).
