What healthy change(s) have you made since coming to JF?: Make time for myself and take at least 4 classes a week.
What do you like about JF?: It’s where I escape from the outside world and meet with myself. It’s the space where my mind and body get strong.
Do you have a favorite mantra or quote that inspires you?: Celebrate life everyday and be thankful!
What is your favorite healthy snack?: Homemade granola 😋
