Lisa’s JeniFit Deflate Your Weight(DYW) Success Story


I have always considered myself to be “healthy” I never imagined I could start to feel so “fit”.

“Where fit happens,” after my six weeks in the Deflate Your Weight (DYW) program which included personal training and a minimum of two classes a week I believe that to be the truth. Fit is happening for me by following the Jeni-Fit Program.

The guidelines for making good food choices that were discussed in the DYW meetings were very informative.   Ann, the nutritionist, and Jenifer made it easy to understand and follow. I am not calling it a “diet” they changed the way I eat and drink!

 In the past my exercise routine consisted of walking, I never worked with weights until joining the Jeni-Fit team.  The instructors are very knowledgeable and supportive.  Classes are not just a “work out” the Jeni-fit difference is the instruction. You are taught the correct way to exercise so that you are injury free and results driven.

Besides the staff at Jeni-Fit the other studio members were very instrumental in supporting me in the DYW Program, Debbie Zennario, Scott and Tina Cappello, Kristy Daubert, my daughter Kaylee and my husband Chris who has lost 35 pounds after starting DYW.

I have a long way to go before I meet my fitness goals but I am confident that with Jenifer and her team behind me, I will reach them. I will be fit, “Jeni-Fit”.
