As the weather starts to cool down, it’s time to switch out smoothie bowls for something a little more warming!
Of course, just oats work fine for this recipe, but using gluten free oats, or just some quinoa is a great alternative!
- 1 cup well rinsed quinoa
- 1 cup old fashioned oats (gluten free or regular)
- 1 tsp salt
- Coconut milk
- Maple Syrup
- Fresh or dried berries
- After cooking oats and quinoa in water, heat with coconut milk over stove top or in the microwave.
- Serve with whatever you place.
- Stores in fridge for days!
